While I’ve shared many recipes to inspire aspiring home chefs to find their way and taste around the kitchen, the one FAQ that shows up in my inbox time and time again is how to cook an egg. Seems simple, but when you really sit down and think about all the ways you can manipulate one of nature’s most prized proteins, deciding how to execute your egg can get overwhelming. Whether scrambled, fried, soft boiled or hard boiled, the endless and varied information available on this topic has seemingly led many to feel, well, entirely misinformed.
I’m no hero, but I figured adding my eggcellent information to the pile of Google searches may just be the answer we’re all looking for.
